Im driving down to conroe to fish lake conroe with my grandpa tomorrow and saturday and was wondering if yall knew what was working and what stage they were in? im thinking im gonne drop in at stowaway or 830

We got sidetracked this week and found wipers in 16-20 fow chasing shad. 3 of us landed over 50+ 4-7 lbs each. It was a day to remember. I caught 1 largemouth mixed in with them. Jerkbaits and flutter spoons, I have brusies on my ribs from all the catching. Buddies caught 6 lmb last night

go watch the video for honey hole outdoors at lake Conroe and fish all the spots he fishes at.

Just stay around Stowaway, you will do fine. Great spawning and staging areas around there.

35.23 won this weeks tourney. A 12 and a 9 were caught. A friend caught over 15 the other night 30 + lbs 8 1/2 kicker. They are moving shallow. temp 58-60

has anyone seen any beds? I caught 3 pretty decent ones yesterday in shallow water, but where I was fishing it was too muddy to see beds.

Water temp got up to 64 yesterday afternoon. Should be good until that front comes in tuesday.
