I am fishing a tournament in Oklahoma in 2 wks and I would like to know what baits yall would throw if you are going in to this tournament blind no prefishing? The lake is small but very deep it has a lot of rock points and humps and big boulders, there is even some grass and a few boat docks. the lake has a great population of smallmouth to. so what would you do. Thanks in advance.

i would throw a medium dive crank bait. as it warms up in the day go to a deep diver in the deeper water. early in the morning find some over hanging brush in the creeks and throw rubber tail jigs and plastic worms.

your tournament would not be at lake lawtonka by any chance? just curious. my uncle asked me to fish a tournament with him there in two weeks and the description of the lake you gave matches this particular lake.
