do any of yall use the night bobby for catfishing at night and if so which one yall think is better red or yellow?

To me it really doesn't matter. I have used both and still caught fish with them. I couldn't tell a significant difference between the amount of fish. Hope this helps a little

The red one is brighter I would go with the red one but if it breaks just tape a glow stick to a cork bobber
