Boys! I went to the slip to just check on things. Decided to fish a bit. Drop a black and chart Thumpbuddy down to 12' and had a few tiny little nibbles. Dropped to 14' and boom! Caugh 15 straight without a dink!!! Number 16 was 10" but after what had happened in the last hour I didn't have the heart. Back in she went! Caught 3 more 10" dinks and decided Id move to another spot in my slip and go to 16-18'. Boom!!!! Limit was in bucket by 10AM! Buddy tells me they moved into the slips about a week ago. Dang good meal Saturday night!



Best day of feb fishing I have had. I needed that. Fish are fat and well fed. Lots of eggs and sperm sacks. Have fun fellas!

Just about all I cleaned were the same size as the first pic! it was a great 2 hour fishing. I gotta get back out there....

Exactly what happened to me. Never changed color and never changed the bait. Its still on my rod!

Yes KABOOM! Is right. I have several other spots on my slip I could have fished but didn't need too. I had to have someone check to see if my heart was stillabeaten. Swore I was dead and in heaven.

I might just have to go up there in the morning and sneak around over on the west side of the lake.
Maybe try around the bridges some or the trees or the boat houses. My mouth is watering for some Sac-a-lait. All I have in my freezer is danged ol slimy catfish.

That's the kind of day that will keep you up at night. Fantastic job, CB!
