Gonna be fishin lake waco this weekend. Bankin it near speegleville. Has anyone been able to find shad?

Ill be on the water Saturday. I can let you know if I find shad. I did find a HUGE group a week ago but i couldn't fish the water as the winds were 15 plus mph

We bank fished McLaughlin road. Caught one gasper goo. Spent 4hrs this morning yak'n the cove right there with no luck. Minnow under a bobber. Used that gasper, perch an cut minnow on the cat rods.
