Lake Fork

Ray Roberts

Not sure which one would be best. I'm thinking I need to find a Marina with some deep water and fish some minnows on a slip bobber. I'd be thrilled if I could get 5.

John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.

Go to Fork and fish the bridges on the north end of the lake. 515 east or west should be holding fish.

LOP.... was there a few days ago. Killed em spider rigging 28-30 ft water in the flats
out front of the dam (from just off the dam to 2mi away from it).
Using minnows, rosey red and reg minnows. Follow the boat show!!!
Morning bite seemd more productive to us.

Darn Rosey reds are hard to hang on to s-l-i-p-p-e-r-y.... but they worked.

The drop off along the main creek channel to the dam was also holding fish.

And they were freaking HUGE... bet we caught 20 or more 2 pound and larger fish
in 2 days of fishing.

Also heard from guys fishing the mouth of Johnson Creek that limits were
had there too.

Dunno if thats unusual or not, but LOP is now way up on my winter time spider rigging
fav.

Did stop off at the Minnow Bucket at Lake Fork, It was a ghost town. Seems everyone

has moved to the LOP for now.

Wish I was off this weekend..... I would be back!!!
