What knot do you guys use to tie on the ring for your anchor trolley? I cant do anything without having to much slack

I tied a piece of bungee cord to my trolley rope the stretched it a little before tying to the ring

I have this problem as well with my Hobie anchor trolley, it's a real pain with my stake out pole. I've been thinking about removing the bungee section and only going with one ring as opposed to the two it came with. I'm not a very skilled in the art of knots but I typically use palomars most of the time.

I use an Anchor Bend knot but also use the bungee.

I use 2-3 half hitches or a truckers knot any time I have to tie something under tension...

hangman's noose. It slips, so I can pull the line tight. I put a zip tie in front of the knot to prevent it from loosening the line.

I do the knot in this video on mine. It's great because it's an adjustable knot so I can change the tension for transport or the fishing conditions.

i overlaped the rope ran a neddel and thread sewed it up SOLID and heat shrink it. and uses bungies on the pullies them selfes mounted to yak so they flex and absorb the slack

I use the same knot. GREAT IDEA!!! The ziptie...thanks!!!
