It's Lake Fork, or just "Fork". Nobody calls it "The Fork"
So now ya know

Stay at Lake Fork Marina. Good lodging, restaurant, tackle shop and lots of guides come there for breakfast and lunch. Have a safe trip and good luck.

the club fished Wednesday and like everyone (that is not a guide) has been saying for about 10 days is that "it has been tough".
1/2 of the fish caught were on black blue jigs in the creek channels, the other half were some good ones caught on drop shot worms and shakey head craws.
the other half of the club got skunked.

Hey everyone,
I can't thank you enough for the great hospitality and kind words. Several of you have reached out and offered us some excellent advice (everything from fishing to lodging and food!). You're a great group of fishermen, and we can't thank you enough. We hit the water tomorrow and will fish through Monday. Hopefully we capitalize!
Best,
Pete
