What is the consensus for hook size for shallow water dropshotting using the circle dropshot hooks?

I like a No1 Gamakatsu mosquito hook when exposing the hook, or a 1/0 Rebarb when I need to go weedless.

I like a No1 Gamakatsu mosquito hook when exposing the hook, or a 1/0 Rebarb when I need to go weedless. couldn't have said it better myself.

I use a 1/0 or 2/0. Texas rig it. Always. Unless deep fishing then wacky it on a size 1
