How do you get your jig down to that low 30 fow? do you trolling or anchor then drop your jig?

How do you get your jig down to that low 30 fow? do you trolling or anchor then drop your jig? Terek, Find the cover or structure that you want to fish, toss out a marker just up wind of the area, use the TM to hover over that area. I use a 10 foot rod and hold it straight up in the air and let line out till the jig is at the bottom of my rod. Pitch out the jig or just drop straight down depending on the cover that you are fishing. Just strip out line 2 foot at a time till you get to the depth that you see fish at. I don't have a anchor and don't think it would be a easy chore to set it right each time. Hope that helps.
