I have only used the Yum flash mob jr and the mini rig. I haven't used the Hog farmer yet. Baits.. there are many different small swim bait styles and brands you can use. Kietech, Kickerfish, both make a popular one. A zoom swimming fluke jr is another one and there are many others. The ones mentioned will need to be threaded onto a weighted jig head. Choosing the weight of the jig head will depend on how deep or shallow you want to fish the rig. You can also get swim baits that are pre-weighted like Storm and Berkley swim baits. I would also suggest you throw it on 65 pound braid. When Im ready to move to another spot on the lake I use a rubber coated line tie to bunch up the wires so they don't get tangled when I lay it on the deck. They work very well. http://www.niteize.com/product/Gear-Tie-6.aspYou can get them online or at Home Depot.

The gear ties are near the area they make keys at Home Depot. Lowe's had no idea what I was talking about.
They make them from 3 inches long up to 36 inches.
I also use one to wrap my C-rig bait to the rod when I move from place to place on the water.
The larger sizes I use to keep electrical extension cords organized.

I have used a couple and I like the Picasso school E rig finesse. With light jigheads and small swimbaits, you can use 17lb fluoro and throw it on almost any rod and be pretty accurate. With the light jigheads, it's light enough to slow roll at any depth. Here is a pic with the damiki 1/16 jigheads and little dippers, I also use the keitech FAT and easy shiner. Gets a lot of bites and catches all sizes.

I throw the Yumbrella flash mob jr. Swimbaits- Gene Larew sweet swimmers (3.5") in threadfin shad color then I use something a little different and bigger on the middle wire. 1/8 oz jigheads with two 3/8 oz heads on my bottom two wires Here's a couple pics I have on my phone but I'll upload a better one after work.

I'm no A-Rig specialist by any stretch. I have had some recent success with the flash mob Jr, using belly weighted screwlock hooks Texposed. I'm throwing it in grass and stumps. Weedless and pretty much hang up free. Or as hang up free as throwing a Christmas tree can be. With 5" Net Bait BK Swim baits.
