I'm ready to buy a whole new setup for trophy catfishing. Everything I have now are a bunch of different types of reels and rods that I got from my family ect. What is a good rod n reel setup to invest in for trophy catfishing?

6500's and Pro anglers. Hard to beat that set up.

I also heard those proangler are good I'm going to get 5 here pretty soon with some 6500's so I can use on the boat

I like 6500s on 7'6" medium heavy ugly stick. They are the white catfish ones, not the striper ones.
