Nice and Congrats!
Had a blue Lazer for my first boat back in the day (pre-marriage!!) It will run fast and handles big water pretty well.
Since you just took your boater safety course, just make a habit....if the big motors running, wear a life jacket.

Nice. this is where it all starts. I Remember my first real bass boat it was a 1983 cheetah bass boat! Caught every fish in lake weatherford at least twice that spring! LoL. enjoy it and be smart on the water

Sorry if the pictures turned out sideways. But needless to say I'm really loving this boat. Haven't gotten on the water yet due to expired registration. But I'm ready to be fishing off of it!

Have a great time. I bet it will catch just as many fish as a new $60,000. boat.

ricky. congrats on the "new" boat. she looks good. once you get on the water take some time to learn your boat. like was said earlier, they all have a sweet spot where it all just feels right when you're running. take your time and don't put yourself in any situations where you could get in trouble. it's amazing how fast you can blow right by your skill level and scare the @#%%@ out of yourself. low water levels means many more stumps are in play everywhere.
there's nothing like standing on the deck of your boat at a favorite spot when the sun is coming up. enjoy and post pics of that first fish you catch from your new rig.

I think you got a heck of deal for the money. That boat will let you catch as many fish as any. Take it easy on the old motor and don't run it wide open all the time.
