I know it has nothing to do with kayaks but I'm excited. My time in the Army is up, and now it's time to start a new chapter of my life. Tonight I'll be leaving Fort Riley, Kansas and heading to Fort Worth, Texas. How sweet it is.

I did the same thing when I left ft Knox in 2007. Signed out at CQ at midnight and drove. Don't be like me and get recalled to active duty after being out for 2 years.

Welcome Home! Thank you for your service! Check out Heroes on the Water if you want to get some fishing in...they are a great organization for Veterans. They'll even set you up with a kayak on one of their trips if you don't have one.
