If so did you have to pay import fees or Duty Tax?

Yes I have bought a bunch of Lucky Craft and Mega Bass stuff. Never had a problem. I only buy from high rated sellers.

I really would like to buy the Shimano Antares reel Bass Pro would cost $650.00

I've bought a bunch of stuff from Japan sellers. Never had an issue. If you look at the tracking, it takes longer to get to you once it gets to the US than it takes to get from Japan to the US.

Also their shipping costs just went out the roof a few months ago, from about $15-20 to over $50 for a small box. They said it was on the US side and not the Japan side.

I hadn't noticed that. The last Deps Slide Swimmer I got from Japan (2 weeks ago) was still only $8 shipping.

Never had any problems, if they have a good rating, they won't do anything to ruin that. I've never been charged any extra fees. Just remember that it will take a little longer to get it.

Me either. I have had 4-5 packages from Japan the last 2 months and none were over $10-12 shipping with at least 8-10 baits per box. Actually they have been getting here in 7-10 days as well with regular shipping too.
