Ive never actually put a boat in Benbrook and was hoping someone could at least give me a basic game plan this time of yr. Any tips on jig color, depth and a round about location would be greatly appreciated.

Was out two days ago. Was a thick film of green algae on top of water. Shaddaboy thump chubbies caught one fish. Tried dam ,timber, and brushpiles . Pretty slow out if you ask me

Thanks for the report, I just bought some black/chart, red/chart and blue/white. Guess im headed back to academy for some shaddaboys.

Black and chart is a good color too.. but definitely hit up lane if you want shaddaboy. Best bait out there imo
