It's been tough. I noticed today that some of the minner dunkers were having some luck. Jigs for me have been hit or miss with a couple at each spot and then move on.

Thanks, everyone for the input! I've got a first timer wanting to catch a few, thinking I may need to wait a bit.

All you crappie chasers,..I have a place at Fork, and have been chasing bass there for years, me and the wife would like to do some crappie fishing this year. Other than sitting under a bridge with a bucket of minnows, can yall head in some sort of direction. I grew up fishing for crappie with grandpa, and loved it. any help would be appreciated.. jim

Right now, they are in the dam area...you'll see the boats...just pick a spot in amongst them and start fishing. 40 to 50 ft. deep.

A month ago it was jamming. not so much right now the bait has went to 50 foot and crammed on the bottom for the most part.
