IBTL...... First person I've heard say one bad thing about Mr. Pack's jigs!! I've never lost one from a snag myself.... Maybe you're $2600 TW order caused a stroke or something.... Haha. Nope. But I did order about 60 Santone and SK jigs. That is what I prefer. For flipping logs I like the Strike King DB jigs.

I edited my "bashing a vendor" post. Sorry if I hurt his feelings. I didn't know he was a local. Or a vendor here. I guess I was a little mad for wasting $30 on jigs.i bought them to see if they were something I would use this season. If they didn't give me issues, I'd of had about 40 of them on order. But, because I am obviously NOT a good bass fishing jig flipping guy, I ordered some lowly ole Strike Kings. That's what I prefer.

Call me weird, but I pitch a 1/2oz football jig 90% of the time. No rattles.

I like to flip the lightest weighted jig I can get away with depending on the conditions. I wouldn't go with a 1oz jig for timber. I prefer the Nujig by Nutech lures. You will not get hung up near as often with this jig.
