Do any of y'all tie/fish and of those really big streamers and articulated streamers? I've been thinking about tying some to use for bass but wanted to know if y'all reccomend any of them.

Lots fly fish men here tie big flies using hooks bigger than 1/0. Myself also tied flies with hooks bigger than 1/0.

Here are my first ones I did. They look great in the water.

For those interested, Kelly Galloup will be one of the featured speakers at GRTU Troutfest in Sattler February 23-25. He will be demonstrating how to tie some of his famous flies, including his awesome streamers. Go to www.grtutroutfest.org for details

Sorry, I missed this. It doesn't really have a name and I've seen it a few other places. It's just a big bucktail deceiver tied with Fish Spines and a Rainy's foam diver head. Made to fish on an sink tip line. It walks nicely right under the surface.

Any links or thoughts were to buy some large flies like these for bass? I am not even gonna attempt to tie my own flies.
