I still have the original pm from you showing me the location. I was planning to hit that spot this spring. Apparently you guys did pretty good there. I have been getting some 20s locally.

Not big numbers, but the smallest I have caught at this swim is a 14. Fortunately, or unfortunately there are some pretty nice catfish there to keep things interesting. For some reason I have yet to catch a buff out here.

I may be thinking of a different place then, the place I'm thinking of was constant action all damn day and through the night, hell we were so tired of catching we left early, then Jesse showed up after we left and caught even more than we did.

I've got bad news , good news and more bad news. The bad news is I've only been out once in the last 2 years.The good news was I was fishing solo with 2 rods and had a hell of a double on.Landed a 28lb buff while watching my other reel get spooled of 150 yards of braid all the way to the mono backing , never even slowed down it was a 100 yard run. The bad news was by the time I could get the first fish in the net to take care of the spooling reel the line had gotten in a snag.
