This may have been discussed in a other thread but I cannot find it. My question is.... I have a Lawrence gen 2 with the platinum hot maps chip. It shows very little for squaw creek. Both the unit and the chip are up to date and the navionics chip is turned on with the fish/chips feature on. It shows different water levels in the lake but are way off. Like 60 feet off. My buddy has the humming bird 998 with lake master chip and it shows everything. Am I missing something in the setting or does navionics not support squaw creek. Let me know and thank you in advance.

I have. Lake mater chip from when they made them for lowrance. It is the best one I have seen for out there.

So like version or volume 1? It will work on the lawrance?

Idk, before hummingbird bought lakemaster they sold a version for humgingbird and one for lowrance. Boat is in shop or I would go look.

Squaw Creek has 10' contour lines with the Nautical Charts and 1' contour lines with FishNChip (Sonar Charts).

Look at the Navionics web site's Web App.
That should be on your card if you did a proper update.

Did update correctly. Just not seeing much detail for squaw. And the info it does show in not correct. I know by the dam it's nearly 100 feet or more. My map is showing 30 feet at dam.

I like the Lowrance map on my gen 2 hds 10 over the navionics chip.

can i get fish n chips with a 2012 premium south chip with hds gen 2? when i go to chart options, view, it shows fish n chips but it is not highlightable or usable.

I have gen 1 Lowrance with Navionics chip and it absolutely sucks. I barely have contour lines at all. Squaw is the only lake that I have had this problem.......
