Anyone who fishes this lake please respond. I grew up in the area back in the 70's. It's been a long time since I was there. Back then, the hot lure was a yellow hellbender with red spots. We trolled them for hours, caught lots of walleye and pike. Those were the days, fishing with my Dad and his friends, no house or car patments, nothing to worry about except what was going to bite next...

I will be TDY near by for the next 60 to 90 days. It would be cool to go back. So if you live in this area and would like to make a new friend and do some fishing, let me know.

I'll even pay for a steak dinner, smile ...

Hello El Capone...I live in Fritch and fish the lake several times a month. I am not too good at catching walleye but I can catch a smallmouth once in a while. I am always up for some fishing. Let me know when you can go and I will check and see if I am off work and can go.

I live in Amarillo. I've fished Meredith a few times and I don't really like the lake much. I hear that it was a lot better when it was full. I wasn't around here then. If I had my choice, I'd go to Greenbelt any day of the week and twice on Sunday. TDY? What do you do? Let me know when is a good time for you and maybe we can set up a day for greenbelt. Good luck

You big ones come two at a time... you little ones, just as fast as you can get here!
