Has anyone had problems recieving orders made thru their 20% off sale back in December. Have a fishing buddy who ordered 2 Talons the first of December. Original shipping date was roughly two weeks later. Since then Tackle Warehouse has bumped the shipping date 3 times and now the expected shipping date is in March almost 4 months from his original order date. They claim its a problem getting product from Minnkota. Any thoughts on this gang.

Yes BThomas I saw those and passed along the info to my buddy but was curious if anyone else has had a problem w/Tackle Warehouse. I personally have had great service in the past from TW but to delay an order for 4 months seems qestionable at best. I can't believe they are having that hard a time getting product from Minnkota.

Not sure if its the same problem or not but a couple weeks ago I was shopping for a set of Simms Pro Dry rain gear in 2Xl and several places that I talked to said that their is a dock workers strike going on in California that has a lot of imported products delayed.

My experience has been excellent with TW. I would have to agree that it is probably something on the MinnKota end.

Supply and demand issue. I have a few things still on back order. TW ships as they come in. No extra charge for shipping 3-4 different times for the same order.
Having problems getting products from Minnkota would not be an anomaly.

Tackle Wearhouse is usually great. That being said people should not get defensive of someone complaining about bad service. YES if TW is slow to ship its probably is because of their supplier but as a middle man who profits from your purchase they should be accountable to your problem. Usually just a need to share information with the purchaser,
