I have looked at the photos on your website. The one in this posting is legal (almost)... I see no nametag on these stringers. As a licensed "professional" fishing guide, you should be following the law to the last letter.
ODWC mandates that each person carry THEIR OWN stringer. On your website, I see stringers with 12, 15, or more fish on ONE STRINGER...
Explain to me how you feel that you are an ambassador of the sport of fly fishing when you encourage your clients to break the law???
Sticking your fingers in a fish's gills.... Well, maybe you've learned how to treat fish you plan to release... since you've been a "licensed professional guide" for SEVERAL YEARS, it seems to me you've taken quite a large learning curve.
READ the laws. TEACH the laws to your customers.
I've also watched your youtube video. Squishing a fish against your blue jeans to take the hook from its jaw tells me you have no idea of how to treat a fish you're tossing back to hopefully survive.
I'm amazed, to put it mildly!!
Back to the original question... How many fish is one person allowed on ONE stringer?
Another question... Is a fishing guide allowed to give his/her fish to a client? Your photographs on your website suggests that you practice this 'sharing'... Legal? Illegal??? I would like to know!

I'm with all of you on following the law to the letter, but I'm afraid the LMF is pretty much a lost cause from what I've seen. I've had my last trip there for sure. I would far rather save my money for a few extra gallons of gas and head farther afield for wild trout fishing elsewhere than be limited to 11-12 miles of hugely pressured stockers.
You guys that continue to head there month after month to spend your hard earned money and time elbowing in amongst the worm chuckers are willing to put up with a lot more than me. But as always to each his own and God Bless you for it. I know 95% are being good ambassadors and maybe, just maybe some of that will rub off on the locals.

When did the name tag and one stringer rule start? I checked 2013's regulations and see the culling paragraph on page 38 under the "Method of Taking" section but no mention of the name tag and one stringer. I do see it in 2014's regulations where a paragraph has been added to the "Method of Taking" section on page 29. Excerpts.

I'm not 100% sure but I think a guide is allowed to catch his limt, once a day just like everyone else. He is also required to tag his or her stringer, just like everybody else. There have been sting operations on striper guides and fines handed out for guides taking 2 trips a day and keeping more than one limit of fish.
I think the stringer identification was instituted for the 2014 season.

I wouldn't suggest ever running for a political office position. I'm pretty sure everybody on this forum would vote for Hillary Clinton before you.
