Sabine no question about it. And yes River Ridge is a great place to stay and to launch from especially during mid March the Sand Bass run will be on and you can usually catch plenty right there on the banks at River Ridge.

There is a Great place to white bass fish a lot closer then the Sabine River maybe an hour from Belton dbones

I say the Trinity, but purely for selfish reasons. Love fishing the Sabine and having it all to myself!
