Has anyone stayed here and what did you think of the place? The wife and I are planning a trip to TB in March. We normally stay at Fin n Feather but thought I would explore other opportunities. I have only seen this place from the water and do not remember much about it. I could not find any reviews on line either. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My tournament partner and I stayed there this past October for the Fishers of Men championship. The folks that run the place a very nice, but we won't do it again. The sheets on the beds were stained, by what, I don't want to know. The shower was very small. You can only set the A/C to a certain coolness, otherwise the breaker will trip (at least that is what the sign said on the A/C unit) and we could only get one or two channels on the TV, which was a small computer screen. And they told us to not leave any food out or we would wake up to ants.

Just my experience with Fox's Lodge.

Thanks for the info. My wife was reading your response with me and that took care of that idea. LOL! I guess when the owners are giving out warnings then that's a big red flag! I really appreciate your candid response. It looks like we will be back at FnF. At least we know what to expect there. They do have a pretty nice setup.
