The Native Propel Kayaks have the rudder steering control on the left side of the kayak. Has anyone converted theirs so that the rudder steering control is on the right side? I don't have one but I was thinking about it since I am left handed and have always fished with a rod in my left hand leaving the right to land fish and do all other tasks.

It has been done, I saw a write up about the conversion on the web last year. Can't find it now though.

My therapist says she's happy I flyfish for the meditative qualities. Little does she know it's the cause of my PTSD.
Also touched by His noodly appendage.

I read about a guy in Australia that did that. He had a step by step article. I can't remember where I read it but you may check the native owners group forum
