What's the schedule and location for Sunday?

Sunday id like to be otw by 8. I understand there is a place to launch between holiday marina and the dam. Not sure the name yet.

I could use some bait on Sat. Thank you!

FYI for anybody heading east on I635 to the lakes those mornings. East bounds lanes completely closed.

Christian, you would have to hop a curb and drive in the dirt/mud to launch. The ramp is very unusable there. But if you guys plan on fishing the dam this would be the best place to launch.

this is little ridge right? There were two ramps last i was there. One concrete and one gravel. Mabey clear lake is the best option.

Not a yacker guys but for your information Little Ridge Park is closed and the gates are locked. You can access it, however it is a several hundred yard portage to the lake. Maybe not a problem and good luck to all. Keep safe and have fun.

If you are fishing the trees I'd launch from Holiday or Clydes Marina. I've heard they have been catching them off the dam as we found last week. You have to be careful parking at the launch closest to the dam. A lot of peeps have come back to shattered glass & missing stuff there.

the water due west of the "island" point has been producing form the bank the last few weekends. I wouldnt be suprised if they move up into either of those coves if the sun is shining.

I'm going to try and make it as well...in-laws are coming into town this weekend, so this'll be nice if I can swing it. Still shooting for 6am at the Clear Lake park launch?

Yep. If im already out on the water bait will be in bags in the back of my truck. It is a tan chevy 2500 with santa cruz kayaks decail in back window.

So is it best to pay the five bucks and launch out of holiday marina at twak??

Depends on how many ppl park there. If there are 5-10 vehicles there I doubt someone would be brave enough to think they weren't being watched.

I read that Christian was targeting the tree line for whisker fish. That's why I said Holiday or Clydes. If we are fishing along the dam (yep I'm coming) we can launch from the "unknown" place if we have enough vehicles. It will be a hike with your yak and possibly be a little muddy, I honestly don't know about the mud. I'll stop there Sat morning and find out. I plan on getting there about 7am.

For those who don't know where the double secret launch is:

Turn into Holiday off 47. Before you enter the actual marina there will be a road to your right. That will dead end to the launch.
