Is that like the Stay In Charge system that your engine can charge all of your batteries and your vehicle can also charge them?

No its a charging system that charges as you run your boat off your motors altenator. To keep your trolling motor batterys charged up. Just not sure it would be worth it if your not making long runs.

That is similar to the stay in charge unit. I usually don't run over 5 or 6 miles in a day as I choose to launch in the area where I plan to fish. Sometimes I don't even get out of sight of he truck.
I called Stay in Charge and explained my style and was told it would be a waist of money for me.
