our club switched from squaw creek to fairfield. I still don't understand why..We will be out there in a couple of weeks

Sounds like it's off and on, maybe there is no way to time it. When i was fishing Martin Creek last week, they shut it down around 11 am or 12 noon. It was running, but stopped. Sounds like they are running plants on an as needed basis and not a constant run.

This was last year great place to camp too just watch out for the racoons.

Not much information to give lol. Water temperature in the hot water was 54.6. The plant was generating but not much. Main lake waterms temperature was 56. No bites at all. Lake was full pool. If the waterms temperature comes up it should be on fire in a couple of weeks.

Got some clarification on this from some guys fishing squaw on the weekend, they are not running both stacks at fairfield due to the mercury level threshold, air/water quality regulations...

they were running both saturday. Fishing still sucked.

I went yesterday and I am going back today. Water temperature yesterday in the hot water was 64 degrees. Caught a few fish , hopefully more today.
