I can't believe how quick it filled up. I looked yesterday for heck of it and they still showed this past weekend available, so not filling up. I guess the tournaments next weekend made it fill up where it didn't this weekend.

It doesn't start allowing reservations for the week until midnight Sunday night/Monday morning

Sounds like it filled up this morn about 6am I wonder how many partners double booked...the lady at the office is getting blown up on the phone I just talked to her and she sounds a little on edge y'all remember to be nice to them fishing on this lake is a privilege iam sure we all agree their program could use some improvements but the are doing the best they can..this comment is not directed to anyone in particular.

I know, but it was already full this morning when waking up. There were still openings for this past weekend yesterday morning. I just think the combined BLT tournament filled it up quicker than usual.

Should have them run the early entry list against the reservation list, one to eliminate any double booked spots and 2 to verify anyone prefishing Friday and Saturday are in fact early entries, otherwise they are breaking the rules. I'd be even more sour about not getting to prefish last Sunday or this Saturday if I paid in advance to do so within the rules, and other people were taking up spots and not entered, and tried to show up Sunday to enter at ramp. 2cents

Would be BLT doing a small part to help alleviate the chaos they are experiencing and prevent foul play. Does seem really odd that they booked up before 8am this morning compared to past few weeks when I saw they had spots even the weekend of... *puts on tinfoil hat*

Easy to fill a field with anglers were the fish are biting better here than other places. It's business that will never change. Plus as a tournament angler it's way more enjoyable.

Not odd, sunshine and 60 degrees vs. colder weather and chance of rain. More folks come out and fish the better the weather, probably has little to do with BLT. My buddy from Ks. backed out last weekend and cancelled his reservation and I cancelled mine and re-registered on the better day (the day he cancelled). He's coming down this weekend because the weather looks great..

There are a few other club tournaments out there this weekend as well, so that also taxes the reservations. I expected it to fill up by this morning. Low water almost everywhere, better weather, no Cowboys, holidays are finally all the way behind us, lower gas prices, etc... Sounds like the recipe for a crowded lake to me.
