I get home from college on friday and i was planning on doing some creek fishing with my bros and dad. I was wondering if anyone has fished the creeks near raybob lately. I am thinking we will walk buck creek.

Better check the water levels at some of the RR creeks--Could be in for some long walks with the water levels as they are--
Good fishin'

fishinman is right. I've yet to see any creeks with enough water around Roberts lately. I heard Range creek was cut off from the lake by dry ground.

Thanks for the reports guys. I was expecting as such since the droughts have really put a hurt on 06...... That really sucks, I like doing the creek fishing thing... I guess I need to look for deeper creeks.... Last time I had a chance to fish Buck Creek years ago, it was too much water, and now it's not enough.... Go figure! smile

Thanks for the help yall,

Even though the creeks are dry, I still want to go fishing because I havent been in forever.

If I walk up the bank along buck creek towards the main lake until I find an area with a decent amount of water, will the crappie be there? Is it even worth trying?

thanks
