Dirty Jigs have put the most in the boat for me out of anything I've tried.

Santone is all I used. I've had way too much success with Santone jigs to buy anything else, and the quality is top notch. And if you call Mrs. Kathy she would probably make you any custom color jigs you wanted if it's not already a color they make. Santone is good people.

Whichever ones are on clearance.....picked up a few dozen gander mtn and academy jigs for 99 cents a piece. I do really like the mpack jigs, haven't caught a fish on them yet but that weed guard is great.

Santone, by far best off the shelf jig I have bought. The only thing I do is wire tie the skirt on.

For those that use the MPack. How hard is to add a trailer with that type of guard?

Not hard. Slide it up the guard to add a keeper and slide it back down when you are done.

A small extra step that ( as mentioned above ) allows you to navigate a whole lot more structure in the lake with ease.

My own homemade ones. I like a lerger hook than most and I like the ability to customize my own patterns.

Black Angel were my favorite, down to my last 50 or so. Elk River is as close to BA as I've found. The owner of Elk River recently sold the company to his Son. I don't know how long it'll be before he's up and running again... Damn good jigs though!

BassX jigs for me. Great colors, trailer stays put, and not too expensive. I use the rock head here on Lake Dardanelle, and have very good luck with them.
