Dump the flouro, find a good quality mono or co-poly, lose the line conditioner to save even more money and just go catch fish.

Look, y'all, the young man is a purist and wants the sinking and invisible characteristics that flouro offers. He knows there's cheap mono available, but he's studied the science of bass fishing and doesn't want a floating line to hide the subtle "tick" that could be a record donkey bass sneaking a suck on his senko.
So get yer flouro, youngin', and make it last by filling the first half of the reel with cheap stuff. When you get rich and famous, you can respool your reel with the expensive stuff whenever you want.

I exclusively use BassPro line because it's the best line to me that I can afford and hardly any memory. If you use line conditioner like Ardent line butter or KVD's stuff on it then I get a good 6 months or more on flouro depending on usage, a year or more on mono and year or more on braid.

As a young angler on a budget, I must ask why your line is not lasting longer? If you keep it out of the elements when not in use you should be able to get the extended life you would expect. Unless you are fishing that much, or are under extreme conditions, shell beds, rock, or metal dock frames for example. Red label is a good line for the money but invizx is better, IMO. But you pay a lot more for it. As far as break offs, Floro has knots that work well with it and others that really weaken the line. Also check your line often when fishing for abrasions and retie often. I have seen many fish lost due to angler negligence of their line on the water. There are a lot of good lines out there now and the opinions on each vary greatly, use the best you can afford until you can "upgrade". I use a couple different lines because I like them for certain qualities, but I am not married to any one brand. Find what works best for you and not because so and so said it was the best.

Red label with the cheapest mono you can find for backing. Get some kvd line conditioner and you are set

Ask your parents for permission to PM me a mailing address and I'll send you several spools of Trilene 100% Floro to try out. Just let me know what size you prefer. Also tell me some baits you like to use and if I have some I'll send them as well. Maybe include some things that work for me.

On the sun line fd sniper, that's the one I want to use but it has half good and half bad reviews. Yea TWH does have that half off thing. Might get some to see if I like it, but there were a lot of reviews about the speeds that break.

Like stated above, use backing on all reels that have fluoro. I prefer braid backing simply because it doesn't really go bad and it's easier to handle when tying the fluoro to it when spooling. I exclusively use red label. Never had any issues in 4 years of using it. If I'm not breaking off a bunch or having to retie often I can get a good 2-3 months out of a reel. Heck I think I actually have one set-up for Texas rigs with 15 lb red label that has been on there since June. Still good.
