I have a friend that has a house out there. It is a nice little private lake. fishing in the spring for crappie can be great and there are some huge crappie in the lake. Winter time crappie is really hard for us, they seem to disappear. The deepest part of the lake is about 18-20 feet. We have some brush piles out there that hold good fish once they get done spawning. Catfish and bass are good there too.

Back before they stocked grass carp in the lake fishing was awesome. It was full of hydrilla and there were lots of really nice bass in the lake. They are still there, but just a lot harder to catch.

If there is any other questions you have PM me.

I know nothing about the lake, but I've ridden my bicycle past it many times. It sure is a pretty little lake.

I grew up there in the 80's. Lived there. Used to be much less developed (which I preferred). Left there in 89. Fond memories. Bluegill fishing is awesome off the pier. Big bluegill and lots of them. Used to have giant catfish too. Not sure if they still do. Can't comment on the crappie, and my data is all over 20 years old.

Thx for input guys . Will give it a go and let you know what happens. Sign said no guides, 10" min. And only 10 fish limit per day . If it has a decent forage population it should be fine. Thx. Eric
