Was it pre or post the TBC tournament that combs won with 100lbs in 3 days? I would think it had to be post.

There were still some bed fish during the TTBC. A lot were postspawn but there were beds yet.

That show had some contradictions. If I am not mistaken (and I very well may be), at the beginning of the show Keith said they were out there before the TTBC, but they also said it was getting dark at 9. It gets dark before 9 in April. I may have all this mixed up, if so, disregard.

Misspeak aside, it had to be filmed after, because he and Keith talked about his win, including the lightest fish he weighed that week, which was 6.12 lbs.
Maybe the intro was filmed before or something, I don't know how TV works.

The TTBC was May 9-11, 2014. Zona and Combs filmed the show on May 27, I believe.
Coincidence is His way of remaining anonymous.

I know for sure it was after. I was there the week after memorial weekend and that's when the show was shot. I can guarantee it was after as well, They launched right after me at Oak Ridge that morning and I was able to visit with Keith for a few seconds. Wish I could have talked with Zona!

Good stuff. Now how about location, it looked like they were fishing on the point outside little caney. Plus zona said they were fishing where big flat points drop into creek or river channel.

Show is on outdoor channel 606 direct tv. Friday's at 10:30 am and Saturday 8 am
