Fantastic Bluegills. I have often wondered why they grow so much bigger in some areas. To keep from hijacking Laker's thread let's move to a new thread and discuss it.

I do have a website, trophypond.com. I don't have most of my best big-bluegill photos on there because that site was built three years ago, and I'm having a new one built that has been under construction since July and should be up and running by one day next week. The current site does have pricing (I charge less than many public-water guides, $300 a day for one or two people). Until the new site is up you can see more fish photos, along with a few custom rod photos thrown in, here:

Thanks, you sure do know how to grow em. I'd like to take a trip your way in hopefully the not too distant future. Stupid school and work gets in the way of everything!

I'm here anytime, Peytonator! I'd be more than happy to put you on your personal best bluegill whenever you can find the time. This spring and summer would be a good time as I expect some pretty giant bluegill to be caught. The day in September that I saw the three-pounder, I saw two two-pounders ten feet apart five minutes earlier - all in the same pond. That pond is going to have some pretty unbelievable fishing along about April and May.
