Invited my brother over for a fresh trout dinner. Rainbow Trout,potato salad,cream corn,pinto beans,and corn bread muffins. Topped off with a cold glass of iced tea. Brother it just don't get any better.

Fantastic! Great looking meal. Now you will have to catch more trout. They have been hard to catch up here. I think it is the unsettled weather.

Pan fried trout are my favorite!

"Smithaven": So far the bite has been pretty good down here. I have talked to several anglers including some fly anglers who say the same about the warmer weather. It is supposed to get cooler this upcoming week. Hopefully this will turn em on some.

Will do it again soon. As for the recipe I tried what "Smithaven" does. I lightly based em with mustard before battering em. I think I will be doing that a lot more often.
