Are we at a point in our society where no one does the right thing? Who is responsible for your boat during transport?
I hope this turns out OK for you. Unfortunately, it sounds like the dealer is going to be difficult.
If tracker doesn't do the right thing, I guess your only option is the legal route which can suck the life out of you.....
Wishing you good luck and a peaceful resolution. Looks like per his latest post its all being resolved.  Ok another Update!!!
I just got off the phone with the manager at boat dealer and all I can say is wow!
I figured it would be another call with nothing getting resolved but I was wrong.
He called me and said that he had another deal for me, he said he was tired of dealing with trackers warranty department so he called the Vice President of tracker and told him what was going on. He told me to come pick out new boat! Said he doesn't want to look like a bad dealer and he would do what it takes to make it right.
Thanks for all the advise and I will let y'all know what I decide on.

Thanks for the update Slim. That sounds really good. Hopefully you can find a boat on the lot that meets your requirements and can inspect it very closely for defects before pulling off the lot. I'm glad to hear the dealer is doing the right thing.

That's how you should do business in America, anything else would have been unacceptable. Nice so see some Americans these days take some pride and actually give a chit about their service and their product! Hope that rubs off somewhere down the line with the other slackers!
