I will start from the beginning. I have always wanted a new boat and after several used boats i decided it was time to get want I wanted and buy new. My current boat was payed off and I had been saving my money to put down on new plus trade in for a total of 10k. I decided to get another tracker boat since I have good luck with them. I ended up picking out the 21ft center console grizzly in white, I had them rig it out with everything I wanted and couldn't wait to pick it up. I went and picked it up and noticed a few scratches and showed them and they said they would get with tracker about fixing it.
I took it out fishing the first time and noticed a good size bubble in the front deck where u stand in the deck it's self and would pop in and out and make a loud noise every time u stepped on it ( very annoying), then when I got home I started wash it by hand and the floor coating started peeling off.
The following Monday I called the dealer and told them and took it by there so the could see. They called tracker and was sending it back to get it fixed and arranged pickup. I took boat back up there to to drop off but before I let them take it I videoed the whole boat and took pics of every inch of boat and left.
So a week later I get a call and they tell me that they are not going to warranty the coating and but will give me a $300 gift card so now I'm not happy but I don't say anything as long as the front deck gets fixed.
Now fast forward 3.5 months. They call me last week and tell me it's ready and I tell them I will be there today on the 19th to get it. It's 4hr drive from my house. I arrive at the dealer and only person that is there is one service guy. I look at front deck and notice they didn't fix it, they put something under the deck to brace it up so now I have this large bubble sticking up that I have to walk on to fish.
Now I'm upset! So I start looking at boat and notice were they ran the side of my boat into something and pant is gone and a dent, look at other side and same thing, I go to back of boat and there is scrapes going down my sponsons on back, then I notice a few big scrapes on top edge of boat, then the fun begins I start checking the bottom of the boat and I get beyond p***** it looks like they drug my boat across the parking lot off the trailer, there are big scrape marks going down the bottom of boat, scratches and coating is scraped off in several areas and the bottom has several dents in it!
Needless to say I took pics and service guy wanted me to take boat anyways and said he would talk to the manager. That didn't happen I left boat there and will be calling my self.
So needless to say I'm sick! And need some advice!!

I'd contact Tracker Marine direct, and get this squared away. That dealer isn't doing you right.

Don't get a lawyer or even mention one until you have exhausted all avenues. A lawyer will cost you money and when a lawyer gets involved things slow down tremendously. Try to work it out as a nice guy. If that gets you no where, then be firm - nice but firm. If that doesn't work, come unwound like a drunk banshee and tell them what you will do to them and everyone around there.
Then lawyer up.

Wow, sorry to hear that a great time turned into a nightmare. That boat should have never made it to you or the dealer. Why did the dealer even except it. I agree they royally messed up. I would find out who the product manager for grizzly is and have a very professional well thought out conversation after he has had a chance to see the defects via the pictures you have and spoke to the dealer. I was very lucky with my issues when I bought new. When the boat came in and I noticed the issues and refused to sign anything until the boat was perfect and wouldn't take the boat. Everyone cooperated and even after taking the boat had even more sersious issues. They fixed them with no charge to me or any hardship. The dealer did all they could to fix the issues and compensate me for the issues. I am not sure how much it cost them but fiberglass work, installation of electronics, ladder, custom ski pole, and radio install with 4 speakers. Then after that I accepted boat and had a leak issue with access/port holes in the splash well leaking. That is when I called the product manager who I was lucky enough to have spoken to before buying the boat because he was the only that could answer some color pattern questions. Also had question about adding a custom ski pole since it was not an option. So I already had is phone number and email address. After reviewed everything and spoke to the guys at the dealer. He approved all the fixes, gave me a gift card for their accessories store, and cut me a check to discount the cost of the boat because of all the mistakes that the factory made and the time it took to fix everything. I keep in contact a few times a year with the product manager because of how happy I was after working with him on my boat. I also stop in and say hi to service manager who was customer focused. I have had no issues since and really have enjoyed the boat. I hope you can say the same sooner than later.

So when is the local Tracker/Nitro/Grizzly rep going to chime in?
