Madcatter and I went to Benbrook today to try to find some blues. There was lots of shad but they were on the move and we couldn't net any. So, we used buffalo and a couple of perch we netted for bait. We didn't do any good tied off so we set up and drifted. We got four nice blues - a 33, 30, 27 and 14. All were returned to the water to be caught again. Good day on the water and got some decent fish. Madcatter's 33  Madcatter's 27  My 30  My 14

What r Richard forgot to mention was that we got those 4 fish during one drift that was only about .8-.9 of a mile long. So we only drifted for about 2 hours and got 4 fish and a few more good takedowns. makes me wish we wouldn't have spent all our time trying to catch bait. That way we could have made that drift on other time or 2.
