I the lake is fishing really good right now. I would just go fishing catching fish isn't a problem right now. Throw it and they will eat it.

The fish are a little deeper than they were this time last year. I would find some steeper banks.

If you can throw a crankbait or a tx rig you can catch fish at squaw creek. Follow the boats to the "secret creek".

Fished last Sunday. Caught 12 or so after the sun came out. all in the 3-5 pound range, best 5 over 20lb. Figured out they were in 12-15 foot in the cedar tops, they would just pick it up real easy.

I never even got to cast it. I was taking a wiz with the arig 2 feet above the water and they came up like great white sharks eating seals. Amazing.

4 feet next to a hard wood. Worm never hit the water, he came out after it like a fat kid after a cupcake....
