man....they really F'd up your boat!! Hope they take care of you.

call Tracker and keep asking for Johnny Morris. then keep calling him until he gets you a answer. phone and e-mail. Also ask the dealer for his insurance co. for a claim

Recently bought a boat from Garland BPS, and they worked on our used boat for the last 2.5 years we had it. Customer service is excellent. Gone above and beyond a couple times. Couldn't be happier so far.

As for your situation. I didn't say all that trying defend BPS and Tracker, you are getting screwed. My point is that there are a good amount of great BPS/Tracker dealers and there are some lousy ones. Contact people at Tracker as high up in the corporation as you can. I bet it gets fixed before you have to get a lawyer.

Dang those pics are brutal

Leave the boat there. Refuse to pick it up. As soon as you do, it's off there hands and they will drag their feet as they did your boat. DEMAND BPS to fix the flaws or replace boat.

What I can't believe is the before/after pics. As the dealer how do you even do that to the bottom of the boat. Looks like they took it fishing around a rock pile.

One of the guys that works there has been fishing out of your boat.

I'm going to ask for a new hull because of the dents and deep scratches. I take very good care of my boats the one I traded in on this one was in great shape and I fished out of it a lot. I love the boat and room but if they don't make it right I will never shop at another BSP or buy another tracker boat! This is my 5th tracker boat to own and have never had a issue until I bought a new one. They can make it right or it will be the last.

I wasn't about to take it home. The service guy wanted me to but it wasn't going to happen.

Remain calm and professional. Accept nothing less than a new boat. This process may also take some time and patience.

I know that dealer based on the pictures. I have never dealt with them personally other than being a window shopper. However, I grew up over there, and I am sorry you are having a bad time with them. Hopefully it will be worked out for you. Wish I knew people over there that could help you!

I would reach out to fishandcoach to get his facts. To me it looks like it's been on the lake. Looks like stump drags and been beached on the bottom scratches. At this point I would look for a refund if you can prove they took it fishing after you took delivery and they were suppose to be repairing. If you can get a new hull take it and never return. Bet they try to paint and redeliver to you. Sorry man that stinks....
