I wish there was a format that had higher entry fees.. say $400-$500 and let everyone fish the first day. After the weigh-in, only the top 25-or so teams advance to the second day. Pay the top 10 the first day, the top 5 the second day, and pay 10 or so for the accumulative weight of the two days.

For me it's the single day Saturday tourneys since I don't have to spend vacation days for those. New work schedule I am off on Friday and Saturday, which gives me the meet and greet Friday night and tournament Saturday.
