He makes it look so easy. Filleting small fish is hard for me. I learned to fillet fish a couple of years ago. I can fillet Catfish and Crappie fairly well but Bluegill is another story. For me I just scale and gut em.

That is how I clean everything but catfish. It is slow but gets a lot more meat. I don't keep many fish so I don't mind the time. Thanks for sharing the video.

I been using an electric knife to fillet for the last 30 years. Don't think I will change.
Good video for explaning that method.

got me a little Rapala and I do it in similar fashion with an exception or 2 .....
