I have and had zero luck at that spot and I was convinced there wasn't any bass in there but a couple of guys on this site have said there are some good bass in there. I used jigs, frogs, lipless and square billed crankbaits as well as spinnerbaits and craws for about 5 hours and didn't so much as get a definite bite. I kept seeing these bubbles all over the pond and couldn't figure out what they were,I thought they were fountains but they would move a few feet after looking away for a while until I got close and I realized they were baby carp feeding on something up top but there was like 10 of these pockets all over the pond. I've never seen anything like that. Now that I know there really are bass there I plan on going back soon though. Supposedly there is crappie in there too. Good luck if you go there, let me know if you catch anything and I'll do the same.

If you are referring to twin lakes off Campbell and close to coit... Yes there are some bigger bass in there.
These are just 2 of many that I've caught there.

If you are referring to Breckenridge Park... I've only heard tales about big bass there. I've only seen a few dinks get caught out of there. I'd go to twin lakes but expect to get skunked a few times. lots of pressure and they are hard to catch. The big girls are in there though.
