I have a Phoenix trailer that all my lights work except running lights, I plug the trailer into my 03 Dodge and everything works fine, plug in into my 99 Dodge and no trailer lights, I have power at the spade in the plug but light won't work. Also need to know what color wire to hook up for brakes and backup lights. Any ideas.

What light plug do you have? This chart should give you what you need. I have found 100% of the time when lights work on one vehicle and not another it is a ground issue.

Yep, could be a bad ground. I have hell with one of my flatbed trailers until I pull it long enough that it eats the rust away.
