I ordered a couple packages of craw worms from Cabelas because they showed them to be in stock and I can't find that color anywhere else.
They shipped me the wrong color so I shipped them back. Now they issued me a credit less the shipping charges. I sent them an email and asked for the full refund since it was their error, not mine. No response. I believe I will stick with local tackle shops and online tackle places other than Cabelas from now on. There are plenty of other places to spend my money on tackle.

Email just doesn't work nowadays. yes, it is great to order something. You normally get an instant response but for returns or issues, they seemed to get bogged down and you don't get quick responses from several businesses. You still need to do it the old fashioned way and call. They actually should have paid for the return shipping also.
