Has anyone had a problem when dealing with Duckett Rods. I damaged the cork on the end of my rod about a month ago, (not a warrenty issue) and called to ask if I could buy the "fighting butt cork" from them, (just wanted them all to match). They told me to e-mail a Duckett account and give them the information about the rod. I waited about two weeks without hearing anything I e-mailed the service department and tried to call several times with no luck. Been over a month now with no communication.

Not normal, I would send it again.

I had an insert from the rod tip come apart and they mailed me one free of charge. Entered info on their website, someone emailed me requesting information, I did, next week, rod tip was in my mail box.

Copy that. I have already sent three e-mails, and called twice.

Might be the time of the year.

I had a problem with a rod, and sent it to them and go a new one in a week.

Just spoke with the folks over at Duckett about your situation. They said they will get you fixed up with a new butt cork...PM sent on the contact info. Thanks for being a customer!

I broke a Ducket rod and sawed the serial number out of the rod and sent it to them and for $6.00 shipping I got a brand new rod, I called them direct and emphasised that the rod could have been stepped on or something similar and I was told that it didn't matter. That being said, customer service was superb.
