Once processed, it is impossible to determine the species of fish. Of course, I could be wrong too.

We had another great day today. Had a limit by 10:00. Sent my guys home with a bunch of good fillets. Canino was correct so I got to keep a mess of fillets for myself. Thanks Canino for being so attentive to details.

No problem, would have hated to see a good guide get a bad rap for an easy mistake.

Due to its popularity I have decided to continue my special pricing through the month of January. I still have DEC 30th available right now and have started booking January. Beginning Jan 11th I will only offer morning trips on Thurs and Friday's due a change in my feed the family-pay the bills job. Hey folks, I not a big poster but been hanging around here a while. Have been trying to catch some of these crappie fish for about a year, with little luck. Saw these pics of limits with Jason, couldn't stand it! Wife and I went out early yesterday with Jason and it was non-stop action! Have never caught them so fast and the "thump" was more like KA-THUMP!! This old dog learned some new tricks. I understand all the fuss about jigs now. Jason also took the time to show me how to make better use of my electronics. All in all a great trip, great guide, and with this special rate---unbeatable DEAL!

The fish on Palestine are still biting good. I had Jeff and Elmer in the boat this morning and ended up with a 50 fish limit in about 2 hours. All of my dates for December are booked, but I do have dates in available in January. Most of these fish were caught on Pepops hand tied jigs close to the bottom. I hope everyone is catching them good right now. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
